Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it ships for a full refund. For fresh, perishable items (e.g. tofu), you can cancel up until we confirm your delivery slot.

Refunds

Not happy with a shelf-stable product (e.g. moringa powder)? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund you in full. If we cannot fulfil a pre-order, we refund automatically.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

Perishable items

Fresh items are made to order. We can't accept returns on perishables once delivered, but if anything arrives below standard, message us with a photo and we'll refund or replace it.
